Asalam o alaikum,
Regretfully, it is once again informed to you that my consignment 322000569643 was booked on 11.07.2023 from Hyderabad for Kharian. It was to be delivered to the Principal F.G Degree College Men Kharian Cantt, but it has not reached yet. I have complained 2 times to your office by phone and one time in written, and this is the second time I am writing to you. When I contacted on the numbers given for complaint and queries, they said they would solve the matter, but it is still unresolved. I have been suffering a great loss due to the irresponsible behavior of the persons concerned. I just got an email of acknowledgement that my complaint was received, but there is no solution of the matter as yet. When I tracked by the consignment number, it was delivered to Kamran HBL Kharian Cantt. that person doesn’t exist.
Please, trace my consignment and deliver it to the Principal F.G Degree College Men Kharian Cantt today.
