Dear Sir,
I am Razzaq Ahmed Advocate customer of TCS, often sent my shipment to Karachi, On 06-05-2020 about 10-30 i reached TCS Davis road branch where Mr. Ahmad Fraz was dealing person, some people were quarrelling with him due to mishandle their shipments i remember one lady she sent some cloth sent to Germany to her son, anyhow i sent SWEETS SHIPMENT 40604583005 for Juma dulwida to my friend Address( 07th Floor Laksin Square Building No.1, Opposite Press Club Karachi) Mr. Ahmad Fraz demanding me money for overnight delivery, which i refused then he told him you will feel ashmed when your shipment will not reached at time, i told him i often sent, which reached at time.
Unfortunately, i did not notice he willfully mentioned wrong address of consignee (HN.E7, FALH H.PROJECT RAFA E AAM MALIR KHR.) instead of my provided address on RED BOX which Laksin Squrae. I CALLED NUBMER OF TIME AT YOU HELPLINE BUT NO ANSWAR, FINNALY GOT DISOPPINTED RESPOSE AT 10′ 35 ON 08-05-2021, SIR WE ARE SENDING YOUR SHIPMENT IN WAY. WHAT THE HELL IN WAY.
Now till at this time after laps of 03-Days my shipment not reached that is Sweet, which will be Blemish till now i think so.
Now i decided this complaint i treated as legal notice against you staff Mr. Ahmad Fraz and your company. i will initiate civil and other legal proceedings against you, entirely at your risk and cost.
