Regarding the above complain reference no , my parcel has been delivered to wrong person (Abdl Wasy) & wrong address without verifying the person whose number was mentioned in the shipment . I am really sorry to say that this is not good to deliver the parcels without any verification even if somethings are totally confidential .
I would like to request you to please deliver my parcel on the correct address & correct person with verifying as soon as possible ,as It was the CNIC from Nadra which was on urgent basis & unfortunately has been delivered wrong address which will take more time now .
Kindly send me delivery as soon as possible as Its very important for us.
