Respected sir, I want to bring in your kind notice about an Atm Machine maintenance problem, I live in District Toba tek Singh Punjab Pakistan, in my area National bank of Pakistan Chak no 254 G.B Soondh (branch code 0837) recently installed an Atm machine, all the peoples of area were very happy with this facility but this Atm have provided the facility to peoples only for few days, after 1month nobody pay attention on the maintenance of Atm machine, Atm machine room locked daily 5pm in evening nobody can use Atm 24hour, second Atm machine is not properly installed its an open in room not fixed in wall or with anything anybody can stole or move it anywhere easily, internet connection wire is also open not underground anybody can damage the wire, this machine have also hardware problem during the transaction it shows the transaction completed and customer balance deducted from his account but machine not put out the requested amount to customer as the result customer remain worry that may he have lost his money. If I explain the customers of this area facing problems due to this Atm machine then many lines needed to write hare but I shall simply tell you this Atm machine did not provide any facility to customers or users of this area you can himself investigate the said issue, if state bank of Pakistan or national bank have installed this Atm for the facility of peoples then a proper maintenance attention should also required for this Atm so peoples can enjoy this facility easily without any tension. It is again requested to you please check the said issues of this Atm machine so peoples can get benefit of this facility, currently this Atm machine agonize to the peoples. Note: on Monday 31st October 2016 I have used this Atm machine, my balance of Rs.25000/- deducted from my account but I have not get amount out from ATM, I am also worry about my Rs.25000 that what will happen it will reveres in my account or not, Many other users facing same problem like me also machine remain out of cash.
