It is submitted that on 19-03-2019 at 06.03 pm I received only Rs. 15000/- out of Rs.20000/- from NBP ATM by using my (ABL) ATM card. (VDC No. 4762150022030087)
2. I have submitted complaint to concerned Managers i.e (ABL, Dk Farman Ali branch, Rawalpindi) & Manager (Operation) of NBP, Marriot Hotel branch, Jinnah Avenue,
Islamabad regarding refund of Rs. 5000/- (STAN No. 988715)
3 Operation Manager of NBP dated 19-04-19 has acknowledged that they have found excess amount of Rs. 5000/- in ATM.
4 A period of more than 40 days has lapsed, despite serving the consequence reminders to concerned branch manager, no requisite action has so far been taken up till
now, and refund is leaving delay continuously.
5 Keeping in view the above circumstances, it is therefore requested that concerned quarters may kindly be directed to resolve my case and refund the amount Rs. 5000/-
without further delay of time & obliged.
