Sir my father is a pensioner from FC Balochistan. Currently he is on dialysis and can not come to bank, so my elder sister tried to collect his pension today. We raised this issue with branch manager, first he told us to provide life certificate. We provide it, but then he refuse to give pension to my sister,and replied in a very nonprofessional and non-ethical way that i will not give pension with out presence of my father.
Sir, kindly direct the branch manager to allow us to collect my father pension, as my father can not even walk and there is no male person in home to take him to bank. also we have life certificate, and attested pension form.
