I, Mr. Zulfiqar Ali s/o Abdul Ghafoor resident of village Dad Leghari am a permanenrt member of NBP Mirpur Mathelo branch bearing account no 1767-2. On 04 October 2016, I draw Rs.40000/- (Rupees forty thousand) through cheque from NBP Mirpur Mathelo branch. When I leave the account of the bank, I checked the amount and found nothing in my pocket. At about 1200 hours, I immediately reported the situation to the Bank Manager NBP Mirpur Mathelo branch and requested again and again for provision of recording from 1100-1200 hours of 04 October 2016 but no fruitful result response given by the Bank manager NBP Mirpur Mathelo branch. foregoing in view, it is therefore, requested that necessary instruction may kindly be passed to authority concerned for provision of CCTV recording with effect from 1100 hours to 1200 hours of 04 october 2016 for scrutiny / finding of suspect persons.
