Dear Sir,
I have been taken Advance Salary from NBP Lakhi Ghulam Shah 2073 in 2015, installments was deducted from my account No: 621-1 continuously. I have been drawn full Salary by mistake June & July of 2016, Next month they started debiting full of my Salary Rs:16219 on 30-09-2016 & Rs: 15639.94 on 31-10-2016, the Salary of November 2016 is not crediting in my A/C.
It is therefore requested that check my A/C No:621-1 CNIC: 4330415999293 Phone: 03337281298 & balance the amount of installments so that rest of amount may sent this month.
I shall remain thankful to you for this kindness.
