Respected Sir/Madam : My account No.22704-2 and ATM card No. 6014920702398162 and I used an ATM machine of Shalimar Plaza NBP Rawalpindi on 03-01-2017 at 17:47 I demand to draw a cash of Rs.20000/- but after wainting a sufficiant time ATM machine did not draw any cash but a slip of detected Rs. 20000/- with my ATM card drawn from that machine…I talked to the Amir shah,the MANAGER of NBP cantt board building branch..he told me that the money will come to you soon but still I am waiting for it and didn’t get credit in my account.Now I request you to kindly please make me free from this issue!
