Salam dear Sir/Madam!I have applied for PMYBL (Prime Minister Youth Business Loan) scheme soon after its launching some 3 years ago in 2014. I have completed all the formalities and requirements for the loan properly and on time. My application number (055) which forward from NBP main branch Mardan KPK (0365) and resultently my loan amount worth 15,75000/- approved in 2015. Meanwhile I have changed my Guarantor for loan which was accepted and all of my Guarantor documents, CNIC, Pay slip, Account No etc submitted in NBP Mardan KPK. Verification of my Guarantor SAFEER AHMAD who is Additional Accountant General KPK BPS-19, conducted and sanctioned through proper channel by NBP Mardan. My loan Sanction advice/letter also received to NBP Mardan (0365) some two years ago. My case/loan amount is ready for disbursement for the last one year. The equity amount as per rule/law is also in hand from the very first day of my apply. Three blank cheques have already been taken by NBP Mardan KPK on dated 25-10-2016 for issuing of loan amount. The concerned NBP Mardan (0365), have misappropriated my sanction advice and for the last one year I am being punished for there faults. I have left no stone unturned to find a solution and get the loan amount. For the last one year am hearing pretexts of one or other reasons for non disbursement of loan. Nothing left on my part. Neither the missing sanctioned advice resumed nor a duplicate copy issued. M hanged and badly exhausted for he last one year. No one accept their responsibility. I got information that my file is pending for 2nd copy/duplicate copy of the said SANCTION ADVICE in the office of GM Credit Regional Branch NBP Sheikh Maltoon Town Mardan for the last 5 months. Mr-Fahad who deals PMYBL cases in NBP Mardan KPK (0365) is highly co-operative but I think he has no way/authority to issue the loan without the said SANCTION ADVICE/LETTER which is already issued in 2015 but missing. Respected Sir! I did my best to get solution and receive the already approved loan but failed. I contacted NBP officials in Karachi via Emails, Fax, Help line, online complaints, 0800 77000 etc time and again but seems fruitless. No one is free to pay heed to the issue. Sir is there any one to redress my complaint?
