Assalamu alaikum
My name is summayya and i want to make a complaint about my debit card. I am a student of CIIT Islamabad and a month a ago an HBL team came to our campus for the promotion of HBL PSL and provided us with a chance of opening an account in HBL bank and after filling the forms,providing with our university ID,our personal ID card and after passing through the bio metric session they ensured us that our account has been opened and we will receive the ATM and the Debit card by post but i haven’t received it yet so please see to this matter as soon as possible.
