AOA. Sir umeed karta hoin allah ne ap ko ju zemedare sonpi hai allah ke samne sharminda hony say bachaye ap ko AMEEN. Sir NBP HR chief Ch. Zahid mehmood aur Prezdent Ahmed Iqbal Ashraf ko 3 martaba requt kar chuka hon Aur Allah ne apne bad pakistan ka ADAL-O-INSAF ap ko atta kia hai. NIZAM KOPAR par to chal sakta sai magar zulam par nahe aur jis koom kay bary moun main nawala deny kay bajaye Moun say nawala chenay lage to us mulk main siraf DESHAT GARD HE paida hoty hain. Sir INSAAF ke umeed karta hon aur mujhe 10 sal nekalne kay bajaye regular post d jaye aur kam se kam 7 sal kay ariars bhe. Aur ya NBP Aur ye Elan kary ke hamare staff pora hai aur NBP aur log bharte nahe kary ga. Thnx……..

It is in response to the termination letter that I, Mr. Maqsood Ayaz, Collection Officer at NBP Mardan region, received the previous month. I have been serving the NBP for a decade with utmost commitment and devotion. I had joined the NBP as Sales Officer back in 2007 when I was just getting into my 20s. Having served there as Collection officer for two years I then took up the job of Sales Officer in 2009. Since then I’ve been working in the same capacity. The threat of being fired any time made me approach the NBP authorities many times but, as luck would have it, nothing came off. I first approached the HR Chief, Dr Mirza Ibrar Baig, through the good offices of the then state minister, Malik Azmat Khan.I then appeared in an interview in Siddique public school for G-lll officer but wasn’t recommended. The Standing Committee chairman also talked on phone and then wrote a letter himself to the HR chief who apologized to him. But I wasn’t going to give up on my passion for serving the NBP. I walked in an interview for Cash Officer but wasn’t unfortunately recommended either. And it all came to a shocking and disappointing end when I received the termination letter. The only thing left for me was to write to you in person and ask your authority to kindly redress my grievances. I’m the only breadwinner of a home which shelters aged parents and two widowed sisters. I really hope the NBP would consider my plea and accomodate me in any capacity that deem fit keeping in view my decade long service ! Your obediently Maqsood Ahmad Ayaz
