national bank of Pakistan has established its islamic bank branches which have not any online services.for example,NBP(IBB),H/2,Johar town,Lahore has no Online service due to which the customers/account holders of the bank has to face severe problems.In todays IT times,the non availability of online banking is no acceptable and un-understandable.NBP should have not establish IBB branches without Online services.The pensioners including myself are facing severe problems as their pension payment advices by the banks outside the city do not received in time and the pension payment is delayed.Such banks should not open the Pensioners Accounts in particular so that pensioners,in particular may not suffer.NBP should instruct all their such branches to adopt Online services immediately to give more facilities to their customers.
