Non delivery of Mango shipment Multan
I want to draw your kind attention to the service level you have, I have booked mango shipment from Multan to Hyderabad, and the same receipt I got from your counter and I have paid the billing amount accordingly. Your TCS team ensured me this shipment will reach at destination within 2 days. So, I have checked the online status of my delivery I found that my shipment didn’t dispatch to Hyderabad but was dispatched to Lahore. On this issue, I immediately call to help line and informed them of all this matter and they issued me complaint number#5557686 as well. But unfortunately, I didn’t get any call back from any concerned person at TCS. When I inquired TCS office where from I had booked this shipment, he simply said you may put your claim amount with the application and other necessary documents.
The way TCS responded I found unprofessionally, even though they know my shipment they mistakenly dispatched it to the wrong destination they can call back that shipment but no one took it seriously and nor ask to any LHR office to dispatch this shipment to the concerned consignor. The loss not I faced in the amount I faced ashamed when I promise to consignee this shipment of gift you will receive and you will enjoy it as well.
The following is my TCS receipt reference number# 9130479758 dated July,18th 2022.
Mango purchase amount 3000×2=6000
Shipment charges charged by TCS Rs.1120.
Total loss Rs.7120/- would request you to please refund my loss amount immediately without any further delay and I ensured you I would not use your services in future and never recommend you to another as well.
