This attached picture is about the shipment from tarbela from Capt atta ur rehman Ghazi army aviation base tarbela To :subedar Abdul Rehman DHA phase 12 Multan Road EME sector Block H house 66 lahore pakistan.But the shipment is not yet delivered to consignee I don’t know the problems linked with this .As tcs claims that it’s shipment will be delivered in 24 hours.So it is a sort of false claim because shipment has not yet been delivered to consignee.This depicts negative picture of company.It also depreciates the image of tcs in minds of people that’s why people are shifting to other companies .It is a sort of big embarrassment for tcs that they are not able to fulfill their promises.Customer care is not giving me response.I have registered complaint from last two days but issue is not resolved yet.So it is requested that issue should be resolved as early as possible .
