Carrefour complain
My name Hania umair I am from Clifton and I come last week Carrefour DMC.I would like to ask the management that if any of your staff not in floor how may I know the product information and other when the staff come I ask about where is grocery she said to me that I am from OPSS and I don’t know about grocery his name was Sidra and she misbehaviour with me and when I give complaint to customer service the food duty manager doesn’t take any action about if any action I am in UAE now I will take this complain here about our issue about Carrefour management in Pakistan
