Dear Sir,
I am daily repeating my order online from carrefore app and daily the app gave me a 60 mins time in order to deliver my order. But after 60 mins notification appears informing me that there is delay and then we track whole all night without delivery or any further intimations. What kind of online booking service is this ? In the morning no one is in the house. I would humbly request that please don’t book orders after 5 pm when you can’t ensure its delivery time you mentioned in the app ? I am very dissapointed by the services you are offering especially from the well known reputed organisation operating in Pakistan. Moreover, approaching by email too has no response / action on my complain rather than an having an auto reply that my complain has been received. I thought it happened to me by chance but since yesterday and today same no delivery after 20:00 hours.

i am moiz ali , i bought a washing machine on 6th of august from Carrefour Emporium, I still have not received machine, someone called me and asked about my home address told him , come to my place almost 7 to 8 pm, said ok, after a few time another person named Babar called me with rude behavior saying that i send my delivery boy but you refused to take this then i told him how can i do this, i already informed to your guy and sale person that when i reached home almost 7 to 8 pm, then do deliver to my house.
Babar said to me there is no commitment, and you will receive the machine from carrefour, and hung up call at once , he does not have manners and making fool to carrefour clients , if you re not able to deliver machine as promised then i dont need anything from you , really disappointed and need my money back.
