I recieved my online shopping order yesterday. I opened up the package and found another TCS packing envelope inside it. I rip that open and found another envelop inside. This happened six times and finally i found two shirts inside the package. The original (first) envelope had a TCS receipt clearly mentioning the package description as “pack of 3 cargo pants” which infact was my order. Now my question is does TCS really not bother to check what they are putting inside the package? Just eneter the description and its enough? I understand the company might have the TCS coupons with them and have filled in the description. But does that mean TCS should be exempt of any blame as they are not the pnes doing it? TCS is responsible for delivering the package I understand. But they are responsible for that description as well. Either you stop letting these fraudulent companies fill in the description or you should start keeping a check on them. Immidiate assistance will be appreciated. 03367573671
