Till now, No one from Pak Suzuki bothered to contact me OR update me in this case, The dealer sale agentMr Ramzan received my car Saturday 4th Feb but again delayed on sending receiving up to 7th Feb with no reason.

Dear All,
I would like to update that i had faced delays on receiving my car as updated below due to Bad OR non-professional employees dealing at Suzuki Cantt Motors. Changing of Show-room (Dealership) was suggested/Requested for earlier solution but Sorry to Says that I am still facing delays and have to face it further.

Currently Pak Suzuki delaying on issuance of Sale invoices as their sale rep Mr. Ramzan delayed on sending car receiving due to some personal grudge on this case with the guideline of owner Mr. Naeem. (So Called CEO Suzuki Cantt Motors).
I just received an automated reply (system generated) but no action being taken by Pak SUZUKI..

But on other side i was thinking that bank may help on it by releasing my car early, But surprised to hear about bank policy of not issuing car without registration although car is insured & installed tracker as well

Dear Authorities,

My name is Muhammad Latif and I had booked My car ( Suzuki Wagon r – VXL) since 23rd Nov 2016 from Suzuki Cantt Motors Bediyna Road Lahore. Delivery date was updated 28th Jan 2017 by Suzuki Cantt Motors. On 27th Jan 2017 I came to know that My car delayed as they had received remaining payments late from bank side. But no one intimated me on that, On my cross questioning , Mr. Naeem (The Owner of Suzuki Cantt Motors) blamed to bank as they had delayed, I had ignored and requested for speed-up the process for early delivery. Yesterday I called again to get the status update. Sale rep Mr. Ramzan asked me for callback tomorrow.

Today Mr. Ramzan told me that my vehicle is in production at Pak Suzuki and I have to wait more, when I request to discuss the matter with their senior (Mr. Naeem) the CEO and the Owner of Suzuki cantt) he arrange me a callback.

After few minutes, I receive call again, Mr. Naeem behaved me very rude and asked me to contact bank as he don’t wants to answer me on that case. When I came through bank, Mr. Naeem again misbehaved with bank manager and blamed that Pak Suzuki delaying on delivery. We may contact Pak Suzuki directly.

On other side, I contacted Suzuki corporate office Lahore at 042-35775456 (Aziz Avenue) and came to know that Pak Suzuki already issued my car and will reach Lahore tomorrow (3rd Feb 2017). It’s really surprising that one of your authorized dealer ( Suzuki Cantt Motors) updating me that car is under production whereas the corporate office updating me the Cahssis no and arrival date.

I would request to please change my car delivery at other authorized show room as I am not comfort with Suzuki Cantt Motors as they may change the car parts / Damaged My car Or delayed further as still they updating me wrong info only to gain the time also behaving me rude. I dont wanted my car on stake.

I would also like to log a complaint against Mr. Naeem to Pak Suzuki and wants to share my bad experience as I believe they are presenting Pak Suzuki. Corresponding record (Call recording) is available with me and can be provided if required.

    why my cultus not delivered yet, the booking time al most complete, most of the cultus customer diverting to picanto because pak suzuki not able to severe the cultus customer.
