I have purchased a Pak Suzuki vehicle WAGON-R VXL which is delivered their dealer member Suzuki Cantt Motors against booking no 17018242. Locate on Badian Road Lahore. Vehicle having chassis no 10032342 and engine no. 131833 was delivered to me on June 2, 2017 without its invoice which was expected to be provided within 10 working days of delivery of vehicle. When I contacted Suzuki respected persons after stipulated date of receiving of documents/invoice, they informed me that I have to submit Rs. 5000/- more as my status changed from filer to non-filer. Any how I also submitted the claimed amount Rs. 5000/- on July 4, 2017 via Pay-Order no 4209051 (Standard Chartered Bank). Now it’s about two month since handover of vehicle to me and I have not received its invoice till date. During this period I contacted Suzuki Motor on their Head Office official Phone no. and also visit Pak Suzuki Regional Head Office multiple time and met their personals for settlement of issue but every time I am told to wait for more time without any valid reason.
