The staff is not telling us how to resolve this issue, and we have not had any employees in the grievance office for two days. The office closes whenever the complaints go to the office. Please tell me the solution for the sake of Allah. Due to my job, I cannot go to the Pakistan Railways office every day. It would be very kind.
