I submit application on 29.4.2020 for relief of personal loan covied-19 my request ticket no.E0205201239 and submit supporting documents then call received on 2.5.2020 for verification and received message from 4250 your request has been closed then call help line center asked the help line not attend the telephone but no call has been received on 6.5.2020 and PTC No loan department 061-4540005 two days this number is bazy
