Unfortunately travelled on Pia after so many years coz again some patronism come out in me that lets again trust on Pia. So we travelled. As reached bak from london on 8th September 2016 at 8.30am morning time we came to know that one bag is missing. So we complaint and get complaint paper. And asked them to contact them in day or 2. But unfortunately no one pick the call and once when it was picked up i came to know that the number i am speaking is not complete as i informed him that is the number written on paper. The guy refused to help me i said ok than note down the missing tag number he said sorry it is difficult. I said only 5 complaints were lodged that time n day from whole flight so easy to find. But he again refused. The rest wht shud i say….we r unlucky that we trusted our airline. I wish that my luggage will be found and our airline think abt his passengersm still hoping good from Pia.
