Dear Concern,
I am writing in deep shock & with sad typing fingers, I was in Islamabad due to my Bank Conference Schedule, Last night i was coming back to home, I was traveling last night from Islamabad to Karachi PIA PK 319 & i reach Karachi at 12:45 am yesterday night, I luggage my Bag at Islamabad.
When i return home by Cap, & for the purpose of payment to Cap when i open by bag my volet was not available in my Bag, My volet had some amount, my original CINC card & my Insurance Card. Bag was not lock by myself because it was my trust that nothing can happen as it was my trust with PIA, But I receive my Bag in Karachi Air Port without volet,
I am calling since morning today to PIA call center, Lost & Found Dept, Security Dept but nobody gave proper response,
Everybody saying Why you kept your volet in Bag?
Why Bag was not lock?
We didn’t find anything……
We do not have any such complain….
We cannot help you Sir……
My Office colleague told me that please forget this incident that you can never claim & get you volet back as this is norm in PIA & culprit person know How, When stolen & open customer Bags they also know Camera is everywhere & how to keep him save.
I know very well that i cannot get my volet back again but today i am very very disappoint & i will never travel again with PIA & not to recommend to travel with them
