On Saturday 30th November 2018 at 2:20 pm placed an online order for pizza in Overseas A Block Bahria Town Lahore. Two deals of regular pizzas with 4 small drinks were ordered, total bill was Rs.1630 was committed and was to be paid through debit card.
Rider delivered the order, for payment the rider swiped my debit card on POS machine three times and informed us that card is not working. When we argued that card is very much functional then he restarted POS machine and swiped the card for fourth time and declared the successful payment.
when he left I received two texts of deduction of Rs 1630 from my bank and a total of Rs. 3260 was transferred to Pizza-Hut from my account.
Immidiately I called the branch manager of Pizza Hut of Bahria Town but call was not attended. Called the head office many times in these two day but still didnt get any response of refund of Rs. 1630.

  1. I placed a order Rs.1650 Today at 10.11p.m but still yet disnt deliver the order..Managmemt disnt take any action even they using bad language. Now tjme is passing 12.15a.m theysaid we are sorry and order will be deleived in half an hour.
