I ordered pizza@9pm pakistan time and i called for status@10:20pm. Guy told me rider is on his way and i shall get pizza within 5 mins. I called again to karachi pizza hut and after long holding he told me due to system issue my order was not sent to relevant franchise. Why first agent gave me wrong information? It’s been 2 hours and 35minutes I didn’t get my order. Suger level is too low now
