Today I have received my Porsche Sun Shades from TCS (Send from Mirpur TCS Franchise Office Sector F-1 Mirpur AJK). Once I received the envelope suddenly I have asked the TCS delivery boy why this parcel is in ordinary packing and why not in Fragile Packing? because the moment I touched the parcel I got realize that something went wrong with my glasses. Upon opening the parcel, I got shocked that my glasses have been broken (Pictures attached). I have returned the parcel to the TCS delivery boy. Now, Please asking you to investigate why my glasses were packed in toFragile Packing by Mirpur TCS Staff (Mr. Hamid). Even when my staff handover him the glasses, he checked it and my staff asked him to put it on Fragile packing. But he refuses and told my staff that Glasses have packing already, so he can use an ordinary Plastic envelope.
This is a case of mishandling by TCS Staff and I need my glasses back. TCS Consignment # 1464605406. I demand the authorities look into this matter and accommodate me ASAP.
