I want to drawn attention of Commissioner of Karachi, Governor of Sind why CHICKEN prices high during WINTER any special reason or greedy traders increase the prices to get more profit as Government is helpless or powerless to control the chicken and kitchen essential prices through the year.
The chicken meat being sold at Rs.220 per KG atleast 2-3 weeks ago but yesterday ( Dec 26, 2017) realized how chicken prices increased and now being sold at Rs.310 KG. Why chicken prices increased due to one reason but who justify and confirm.
1. does in winter chicken production decrease
2. employees getting double bonus in December
3. Traders wish to earn abnormal profit
4. Due to more consumption in winter
5. Does Government authority powerless or helpless to control the prices and enforce uniform rates
I must say the same way banana prices increase in holy month of Ramzan selling above Rs.100 per dozern but the same banana being sold now a days under Rs.40 per dozern look the profit margin?
Govt authority should control the prices from root level and do not catch or arrest small chicken traders if they want to control the prices sincerely and honestly which give much relief to low or salaried class people.
