Dear Sir,
I hope you all are doing well, as per the subject cited above, i have received the call from 042 38900927 Lahore office of careem. (the screen shoot is attached.)
On that call i was congrats by your employ as winner of UMRAH Ticket from the customers who has maked rides till 17th may.
When it saw the announcement of Facebook page, my name was not shown in that, i think concern careem member have taken bribe or he is in some pressure and replaced my name.
i have contacted several time on that number and your fb page, but i have not received any satisfied response, Facebook concern said, its by mistake. it not professional nor the believable response.
its injustice and you have hurted my feelings.
its quite worst and unethical behave, i need justice by receiving the winning prize.
awaiting for your prompt good response.
