Dear Sir..
I had 1mb connection and 2 days ago I got it converted to 4mb but still my net is working as 1mb this is really a big issue, this month I will pay the bill of 4mb and having speed 1mb this is really a blander. so this is my request kindly get my problem solved as early as possible.
