I m facing frequent issues regarding disconnectivety, no or slow browsing since many months. One Mr. Omer many a times tried his best by visiting and checking the system. But inspite of his strenuous efforts the problem comes again and again after every 2-3 days. My complaint record can be checked as a proof. I request you to take personal interest in diagnosing the issue. May be in your system at exchange level or in the line from DB to my home or whateever your technicians knows better. I want this issue to be resolved on permanent basis at the earliest. Thanks
