Dear Sir.
I have booked flight for my parents from MTN to MAN. My booking reference no was JNMQHO and name was Muhammad Yahya on Saturday 23, June 2018. First on spot I got to know that my Debit card got only limit of 1.5 lac Rs. The other way to submit money is your UBL account which was given on your official website. The most amazing thing was only account number was given but no branch code was given. Then next thing was your official contact no in Pakistan which was 021111310310. I heard from that number that only official hours are limited to contact. Then what was the purpose to give account no without branch code and no contact number. Have your flights been cancelled on Saturdays and Sundays?. I was totally disappointed in these two days only reason left was my parents because they have to travel in a week. Then I have to book flight again and reference is MCLNK7. But now I have to give extra 8000 PKR just for the reason of your negligence and pathetic behaviour towards passenger. I really need to know what was the standard of declaring you NO 1 in the world and if you really think so then kindly Justification needen in a very appropriate way.
