I am Uzair Ahmed, this is to inform you that 9th Aug 2023 I booked the shipment for Islamabad on an urgent basis. I paid the extra amount to receive the parcel on time but shipment has been delayed for around 3 to 4 hours.
I launched the complaint on 10th Aug 2023 through helpline they said that TCS return extra the amount once u OTP code received
Almost a week ago I received the OTP code and visited TCS shahrah-e-Faisal branch 3 times and met with Mr. Abid regarding my reimbursement but every time he gave me a new time or date. and said cash not available
Last 3 days i continuously call on helpline and requesting kindly solve my issue
This is not the professional way TCS take extra money and not provided the service on time and not return the amount
