my consignment No. 41507568086 has not been delivered on time and despite multiple calls to helpline, I have been told that the shipment is on route but rider is neither responding to call from the helpline not the delivery been made possible even after 6 O’Clock. the parcel contains a mobile which is a delicate thing in nature and I have been waiting for it since morning. it is, therefore, requested to take action and make the parcel deliver immediately.
