Dear Sir

My Name is Ammar Afzal. I used to visit monthly to your branch HBL based in Samanbaad, lahore (HBL 411 SAMANABAD BRANCH CODE) to deposit our plot instalments of ‘New Lahore City’.

On to my recent visit dated 12th September I was very disappointed when your senior employee named ‘Tipu Sultan’ working at cash counter (Teller) spoke to me in very rude way.

Upon ‘my cash deposit token number’ I headed to his (Tipu Sultan) counter as it shows my token number on his desk.
Upon my encounter with him he said ‘Token number ko ap dfaa kro or next line pr jaoo’

I was expecting polite gesture (because of his mature age) even though he was sitting idle and doing nothing.
However, I asked name from another colleague and thought I should file a complaint to Head office.

I have been in to number of countries and I get respect in each banking system regardless of my transaction or terms with them. I hope you take this matter seriously as I believe it represent your values and brand strength that you promise to deliver.
