My wife had submitted claim of Rs.93000 for the prize won in Rs.7500 value prize bond in latest draw…she was given one month later date of 23rd sept.2016…..when she approached SBP-karachi on 28th sep.2016,,,even 5 days later than date given to collect claim,,,she was told that auditor is on eid vacation((it was 25 zil hajj today) and your claim is not ready and shall not be ready in next 10 days…so better come only by confirming on phone,,,she was again not given a specific date to collect claim… It is highly regrettable to experience this disappointing performance of SBP,,,people do travel long distances to collect claim and get such disappointments…even now SBP did not gave her any confirm dated for claim collection…why the system has been so cumbersome,,,In this era of e banking system why so much fatigue for customers….Pl.take severe disciplinary action against all staff of this section…awaiting your response…Regds
