Dear Sir,
I am writing to seek your help in getting rightly compensated against a damaged washing machine bought only 3 days back.
Not only did I pay Zaheer Electronics, located in saddar, in cash for the machine but relied on his recommended delivery guy or loader to have machine delivered to my place for which I paid separately to have it safely transported.
However, the product was found damaged when it reached home and I opened it the first time. I doubt if it was the same product I was shown or otherwise it was certainly not handled right by their so called loaders.
I reported to the shopkeeper of the matter and was told that I didnt have to worry about and that they would get it replaced. Since the entire market was closed due to 23rd March holiday, I visited their store on 24th March but I was shocked to find that the person named Mr Kashan completely changed his stance and refused to take any responsibilty.
I am, therefore, writing you to have your help towards just and amicable settlement of the matter.
