Yesterday evening I visited Carrefour Lucky one Mall for grocery as I am a frequent visitor but this was the first time I was very shocked to see the behavior of your security officer , as soon as I checked out after billing he stopped me and my family and asked for the slip and started searching something… I was just looking to him he kept searching something for at lest 03 to 04 mins after that he blamed on us that you have not paid for the 03 Cadbury chocolates which costs only 150 Rs. I was also very embarrassed to see his attitude, when I checked my slip myself I found it and showed him then he left my family.
it seems that it was a targeted humiliation against me and my family.
Please find the attached slip , you can see his signature on slip and check CCTV recording. I want you people to call me after investigating the issue.
