Subject: Complaint Regarding Poor Service and Incomplete Order – KFC Malir 15 Branch (Order #1686) Order date 11/11/2025
Dear KFC Customer Care Team,
I am writing to follow up on the complaint I registered yesterday regarding my recent takeaway order from your Malir 15 branch (Order #1686).
My order included:
Family Festival – 3 Nos
Xtreme Festival – 1 No
French Fries – 4 Nos
Value Bucket – 1 No
Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing due to several issues:
The burgers did not contain proper chicken pieces; some had only bits and pieces instead of full portions.
In the Family Festival meal, only two buns were provided instead of the complete set.
The burgers were poorly packed in paper only, causing all items to mix together by the time we reached home.
The French Fries were not fresh, appeared almost spoiled, and were provided in half quantity.
The fries in the Xtreme Festival were also of the same poor quality.
For 14 cold drinks, instead of individual glasses, we were given only three 1.5-liter bottles, which is unacceptable.
I was shocked to see such unprofessional service and poor handling of a takeaway order, especially from an international brand like KFC. This level of negligence seriously affects customer trust and satisfaction.
I request that you kindly investigate this matter and take appropriate action against the staff responsible. I would also appreciate a suitable refund or replacement for the incomplete and substandard order.
Please confirm receipt of this email and let me know how KFC plans to resolve this issue.
