SUBJECT: REQUEST FOR THE RELEASE OF PROFESSIONAL FEE, NOT PAID FOR THE LAST TWO YEARS
The undersign requests for your kind attention as under;
1. That the undersigned has been rendering his best services to save the interest of SEPCO /Wapda in F.C. Suits filed against Wapda for the last two years, (2015-2016).
2. That since beginning, the undersign has been spending from his own pocket on the assurance of the officials that the payment will be soon made, but since then, no payment of professional fee is paid till yet after passing two years.
3. That the undersigned has saved the cases of authority, got status-quo, stopped Execution proceedings against Sepco by way of filing applications, statements, undertakings and written statements and applications under order vii, rule xi C.P.C in the various suits pending against Sepco/Wapda, before the Honorable Court of Senior civil Judge, Dadu.
4. That in the Execution No. 04/2007, and Execution No. 07/2009, there was order of attachment of Wapda office but due to sincere efforts of the undersigned the office of Wapda was saved from attachment.
5. That during such period the F.C. Suits No. 81/2015, 50/2016, 18/2015, 48/2013, 144/2015, 138/2015, 1235/2016, 135/2013, 49/2016, 12/2016, 157/2013, 63/15, 11/2016, 83/2015, 845/2016, 1222/16, 108/2015 and 55/2016.
6. That the following cases are pending before the Senior civil Judge/Assistant Sessions Judge, Dadu and the same are being looked after by the undersigned, duly authorized by the Sepco,
F.C.Suit No.160, 2016, 150/2016, 104/2016, 91/16,130/16,139/15, 51/16, 29/16, 165/15, 35/16, 10/16, 107/16, 49/12, 07/16, 49/12, 07/16, 90/16, 38/16, 142/15, 11/16, 55/16, 52/16, 46/14, 93/16, 74/15, 136/15, 75/15, 40/16, 145/15, 143/15, 172/15, 123/15, 32/16, 07/15, 76/15, 133/15, 67/15, 55/16, and 845/16.
7. That before this I have moved so many requests letters for releasing my professional fees i.e. dated 29.01.2016, 27.09.2016 but till yet my request is not being entertained which has really disappointed me from further work for you.
In circumstances, I must bring in your knowledge that the previous learned lawyers also left working with the authority due to non-payment of the professionals fees and the same is being done with the undersigned. It is must be noted that so many cases are pending before the Honorable Senior Civil Judge, Dadu, and the undersigned is regular, punctual and follow the cases with loyalty and honesty, to protect the interest of Sepco/Wapda, all such cases are pending at the various stages, i.e. objections and the written statement and evidence, but it seems that the authority is not interested in making the payment of professional fee, which is making me to write this finally.
Therefore, it is requested that it would not be convenient to me to proceed with the matters which are fixed in near future, without making the part payment of the all the cases, in which I have filed my powers and written statements, application under order Vii, Rule XI PPC and other miscellaneous.
Your earlier action, shall be highly appreciated, and will enable me to decide to appear in your cases in the upcoming dates or not.
