electricity account ref. No.14 38114 0922810 at SUkKUR is in the name of my son Riaz Ahmed.againt an excessive billing a complaint was made to Regional Wafaqi Muhtasib Sukkur, who decided wide his decision issued vide No.SKR/2190 dated 2-3-2015, vide item No.6 that an amount of Rs45000.0 should be written within 30 days.it is surprising that despite lapse of a period more than 1.5 year,the said decision is not implemented and SEPCO is flagrantly violating the above decision with impunity.consiquently, I being a senior citizon of 78 yrs have frequently approach the relevant office for correction in Bill.What to do against this unjust and high handed ness of SEPCO ? is there any body to look in this grotesque and wanton attitude?
