It’s most humbly and respectfully I Engr. Aslam Abbas S/O Aushique Hussain reference number 06381410273200 beg to submit some following lines before your kind for perusal with hope that my case will be considered on actual ground realities and Said approved amount will be waived off.
Excessive Billing in the term of baseless detection charging is a way of corruption of SEPCO Sukkur Ranipur division. I am continuously approaching the different agencies and forums to get rid of such corruption but unfortunately i could not find any valid institution however my case had been approved by different agencies and forum but Ranipur division wants some amount in the shape of bribe to resolve my case so kindly take necessary action against those who make attentionally delay in departmental proceeding.
A complaint filedon 24 March 2020 through online portal system at PMDU after proper investigation Said amount had been approved by SE Sukkur vide letter No.SE(O)/SEPCO/SUK/DCM/9632-35 dated 02/07/2020.
Same case had been approved by PMDU on 11-07-2020 referenced to complaint code SD110720-8720211 remarked as ” CP-52, amounting has been forwarded to manager internal audit SEPCO Sukkur letter No. RO/SEPCO/RNP/2931 dated 06-07-2020.
Same Case has been approved by WAFAQI MOHTASIB (OMBUDSMAN)’S SECRETARIAT after hiring. During the hiring RO Javed Abbasi agreed and signed on investigation report in front of investigation officer wich is attached here via letter No WMS-ONL-8322-2020 on 07-09-2020.
Same case has been resolved by Customer Complaint Management System with Excess Billing Ticket No: 20112438000006.
It’s totally unjustifiable that SEPCO Ranipur officials replied to my recent complaint on 30/10/2020 through PMDU that case has forwarded to pre internal audit. How it is possible? It’s requested to top Authority of SEPCO to kindly take notice against those who make attentionally delay.
