I, Shaheen Ahmed Soomro, am writing to lodge a complaint regarding continuous and unjust deductions in my electricity bill for the past six months. Despite having a solar system installed at my home, these deductions are still being applied.
I have previously lodged a complaint regarding this matter with your office, but unfortunately, no relief or adjustment has been made so far. My Billing Reference Number is 03385110009487 and my contact number is 0333-7281131.
I am employed in a private job and am also a taxpayer and active filer. This ongoing issue has caused me financial loss of up to PKR 25,000, which is highly unfair. I request your kind office to take serious and immediate action to resolve this matter and ensure that such unjust deductions are reversed and stopped in the future.
