Idk how I end up here, but it looks like SEPCO is already having trouble with the unsatisfied customers widely in districts it covers. Anyways, my problem is the customer care which Idk resides in this country or not; never replies, never take her customers serious and never do the basic math. Yes, people are getting bills, which are not in agreement with the tariff as decided by NEPRA and what the hell is deduction, are these people criminals? Why not you arrest kunda holders, instead you send that theft recover amount to innocent Shariff admi. Yes you heard it right, you guys are assuming local and general public as dumb and blind. The SEPCO needs an urgent and mass change now. Todays electronic world where half our problems are solved on internet, you guys dont even reply emails. SEPCO must public all her details related to billings and electricity consumed and assets she holds. This is our right to know how much money you guys are taking from local people as based on freedom of speech and right to information clauses of our prestigious constitution. SEPCO also need to change her behavior, you guys ill treat the local public, rather than solving their problems you create more problems for them. And yes all top brass officers are getting kundas n free units, why? Are you guys special, you put a name plate outside your homes saying “WAPDA Warro”, that makes you certified to use kundas, right? Remove these name plates asap. And if you guys are getting free units than that amount must be deducted from your salaries. Yes “deduction”… you heard it right! Now its our turn to put pressure on SEPCO. I urge all people reading this to spread the word. If they dont take actions you guys must react, remove their illegal name plates and kundas. I also urge you guys not to steal national assets, energy is very precious, pay what you use and be gentlemen and responsible citizens. Godspeed!
