my domestic meter has written as sticky and issue an abnormal extra bill from many months.
bill is more than my use and consumption of corresponding months.
Meter seems to be O.K
Please order to recheck and replace of meter and revise the bill extra issue bill to me otherwise I have right to go in the court for justice .
