SNGPL provided be domestic gas connection with a great delay in violation of the the Govt and OGRA Policy and are charging since January 2019 for the system gas at the rate of RLNG. On my complaints at OGRA and PCP it was proved that SNGPL is at fault. The MD SNGPL therefore was directed by OGRA on 19-12-2019 to follow OGRA/Government Policy but SNGPL is implementing neither the OGRA’s order not OGRA’s policy for the past 3 months. Instead they are consistantly sending me monthly bills at RLNG Tariff . The discrimination is still continuing despite my approaching the concerned officials at SNGPL. Complaints at different forums including PCP have so far also been futile
