Sir I hv submitted an application in sep,2012 and mianwali staff said that go to sargodha for demand notice than I visited sargodha and draw a demand notice and deposited Rs6000 in MCB Br Mianwali.sir after this when staff of mianwali visited my home for connection of meter he said that your adress is wrong street no 2 was mentioned as per their record instead of street no 12, sir this is mistake of sui gas staff and we are suffering since last 5 months,and an application has already been submitted in sargodha for correction of adress in 15 aug,2016.I visited many times In sui gas of mianwali and also sargodha but no response from mianwali as well as sargodha staff.sir please solve my problems on priority base.M SHAHID HAMEED CELL NO 03343052125
