Sir I Muhammad Siddique (CNIC No.61101-6979125-1) register a application in Islamabad gas office on 7 Sep 2013 vide receipt no.5148984838. Sir after a lapse of 3 years demand notice has not been received nor any information has been received. on checking from gas office Sawan Rawalpindi the concerned staff asked me to please wait. It is to inform you that a new connection has been give by the concerned staff after registration of month ago registered application. You are requested to please look into the matter and issue necessary instruction to concerned office for issuance of demand notice. An early and favorable consideration is solicited, please.
