Sir, What our valued gas company sngpl is doing with customers. With ref to my id 80587032311 I have been charged Rs. 1200 as rebate/adjustment for the bill month dec 19. My house remained vacant during past 18 months. I have not used your gas. I have paid minimum bill regularly then why this adjustment? Clarify or revise the bill.
