Hello sir/medam
i am maintaining an account in ur Soneri branch of mosimiat and presently serving in Pakistan Navy and living in PNS KARSAZ. There are two ATMs of Soneri in PNS KARSAZ… one in Majeed SRE and one at Karsaz Market. The ATM in Karsaz market is Malfunctioning since one month and no mentainer from Soneri Bank is concerned about it .. I guess u need to check ur usage of that ATM .. i hope management will take some action and install a state of art ATM machine in the same lines of the other banks
